My particular situation is that I have a LOT of stuff and have been in the same house for a long time.  I wanted to organise the house for a long time but found it overwhelming.  I found Tracey very easy to talk to and a good listener.  I am so glad I invested in her time to give me some practical help.  She was able to suggest strategies and was sensitive to my comfort levels in what I felt I wanted to achieve.  Tracey was prepared to do whatever it took to start making inroads into a “mountain of stuff”.  I really appreciated her practical approach of organising everything in their areas.  Tracey was very thoughtful in providing useful practical ideas and direction.  I felt she was able to simplify something that I thought was so difficult and I (and my family) are very grateful for the part Tracey played in my journey moving forward!
